GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

The confirmation of a reservation implies the acceptance by the client of our general conditions which include the cancellation and no-show policy included in our reservation process and in the confirmation of the reservation.

This establishment may apply a penalty for cancelled reservations or No-Show depending on how far in advance the cancellation is communicated:
Cancellation with less than 8 hours notice or No-show: 20€ per person.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY (ADVERSE WEATHER AND CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE)

In those cases in which the establishment cannot provide the service with the due guarantees and quality due to force majeure and/or adverse weather conditions beyond its control and which could not be foreseen at the time of formalising the reservation, the cancellation conditions established in the preceding general condition will not be applied. Therefore, reservations shall be automatically cancelled.

Irrespective of the above, the establishment undertakes to inform customers who have made a reservation of the impossibility of providing the service for the exceptional reasons indicated immediately upon becoming aware of their occurrence.
